56 An Faill, Carrigtwohill
Co. Cork, new home, greater than or equal to 38 sq metres and less than 125 sq metres
Part of a bulk transaction
Five or more homes in the same county were registered on the same day at exactly the same price. This usually means a portfolio or block sale with the total apportioned across units, so the price may not reflect an individual home’s value. About bulk sales.
