Places you save with the star, and your recent searches, are kept in this browser’s local storage so they are there next time. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
The affordability tool puts your income and deposit in the page link, so that a link you choose to share shows the same result. Nothing else records them.

About the register data
The Residential Property Price Register is published by the Property Services Regulatory Authority under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. It holds the date, price and address of each sale, and no names of buyers or sellers. We republish it accurately and with credit, add statistics calculated from it, and never combine it with data about people. Some addresses published in capitals are shown in title case for readability.
Individual sale pages are hidden from search engines by default. Area and street pages, which summarise many sales, are indexed.
Corrections and requests
Errors in a register record must be corrected at source by the PSRA. A corrected record replaces the old one here at the next import, and the old page then says it has been withdrawn. For anything else about this site, use the contact address published by the site operator.
