Where €40,000 ranks among market-price sales in 2011. Each strip shows how many homes sold in each €50,000 band; the marker is this sale. It describes the price, not the home’s value.
The last market price, moved by the Co. Leitrim repeat-sales index from 2011 to 2025. The range is indicative, based on past sales, and not yet checked against how homes went on to resell. This is not a valuation: it knows nothing about the home’s condition, size or any work done since it last sold.
